This is a Guide on Placing a Bulk Article Order

 

The purpose of this guide is to teach you how to submit orders for bulk article order. If you order more than 15 articles, it may be easier for you to use our bulk order form to complete your purchase. By downloading our excel form, you may easily fill out each article description, keywords, and length before uploading the form back onto the site. If you feel your order needs more customization or you have an extremely large order to place, please contact ContentCurrent’s custom project management service.

 

  1. After creating a client user account and receiving an e-mail verifying your account, click ‘Client Login’ on the left-menu bar or the ‘Login’ button on the top menu bar. Enter your e-mail and password to be directed to the ‘Client Center’.

 

  1. In the ‘Client Center’, you can view:
    1. ‘Orders’ – article or forum orders that you have placed. These orders may be sorted by Order #, Order Name, the type of order, the job status, or by the last time the order was updated.
    2. ‘Payments’ – the number of credits a client currently possesses and the amount of credits spent per order by date. To purchase more credits, when submitting an order if you do not have enough credits to complete the order you will be prompted to buy more. 1 credit is the same as $1.00.
    3. ‘Profile’ – to update or change the profile name or password.

 

 

  1. To submit a new order, click the ‘Ordering Center’ button. In the ‘Ordering Center’, orders are split into Content Writing and Community Building jobs. Click ‘Order Now’ under SEO Article writing to place an SEO writing order, or ‘Order Now’ under ‘Article Writing’ to place a Content writing order.

 

 

  1. Your order will be complete in 4 steps. Under Step 1, input the ‘Number of Articles’ you would like, the name of the order under ‘Project Name’, and the information you would like the writers to know about your order under ‘Project Description’. Click ‘Next’ to continue. If you are already logged in, you will be redirected to Step 3 bypassing Step 2.

 

  1. In Step 3, you can review and edit the ‘Project Name’ and ‘Project Description’. Before configuring your articles, the number of articles ordered and estimated cost of the total order is listed. To place a bulk order, download the bulk ordering form excel spreadsheet by clicking the “+Bulk Order” button.

 

 

 

You will be redirected to download the bulk order excel file. Please save the excel file on your computer.

 

  1. After opening the spreadsheet, you should see the column titled “Article #”, “Keywords”, “Description”, and “Length”. Based on the number of articles you requested, fill out each row with the individual article description. Do not skip or forget to fill in any row.

 

Please be as detailed as possible with your descriptions so our writers will best be able to write the articles. For each article, in the Article Keywords field, you will provide the keywords, keyword phrases, or topics that you want covered in each article. We recommend that you not exceed 5 keyword phrases. Article lengths may ONLY be 250 or 500 word lengths. For custom length orders, please contact our custom order department.

In the Article Description field, provide details to the writer on the article that you want written. Feel free to reference other websites (URLs), past text you want re-written, or provide any guidance that you think is necessary.

*Tip: If you have a large article order, we suggest uploading a few of the articles in your order first as “tests” before uploading your full order. This way you may easily make changes to your project descriptions if they are unclear or needing greater specifics for our writers. You may then upload your full order with the best descriptions and instructions to be completed as soon as possible.

  1. Once you have finished filling out the spreadsheet with the article descriptions, on the same webpage you downloaded the form, under ‘Find the File’, click browse to find the spreadsheet of your order (contentcurrent_bulk_order.xls).

 

 

The file should be uploaded with the origin of its location on your computer. Now press ‘Upload’.

 

  1. You will be redirected back to the ‘Ordering Center’ under Step 3. All the information you filled out from the excel spreadsheet should be present, separated by the article number. Please take the time to review that all content has been uploaded

 

  1. Once you have filled in all the required fields, click ‘Next’ to move to the confirmation page or ‘Save Order’.

 

    • If you clicked ‘Next, you will be taken to the Confirmation page. This will be the last chance you have to review your order before submission. You cannot make any modifications to your order after it is completed. The confirmation screen should list:

o   Available Credits

o   Price of the order

o   Remaining credits after the order is completed

 

    • Clicking ‘Save Order’ will allow you to save and return to the order at a later time. To re-access your order, it will be located in the ‘Ordering Center’ under ‘Your Orders’. Its status will remain ‘Unpaid’ until the order is completed. No work will be done on your order till it is paid in full.

 

Once you are satisfied with your order, click ‘Place Order’.

 

NOTE: Once the order has been placed, you cannot make any modifications to it.

 

  1. Your order has been placed within our system and writers are now able to claim articles in your order. You will be sent an e-mail within 24 hours confirming the order.
